1. 📌 Booking Confirmation

All bookings for this tour package are subject to availability at the time of reservation. A booking will only be considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.

Guests are strongly advised to book early, especially during peak travel seasons, to secure their preferred travel dates, hotel category, and included activities.

2. 💳 Payments

A deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Balance payment: Must be completed before arrival or tour start
• Currency: Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise

3. 💰 Pricing Policy

All prices are based on the package details published at the time of booking. Prices may vary depending on travel season, room category, number of travelers, and selected extra services.

Package prices generally include accommodation, meals as stated, airport transfers, scheduled excursions, entrance fees where mentioned, transport during excursions, and other inclusions specifically listed in the tour package.

Any services not clearly mentioned in the inclusions section will be treated as excluded.

4. ❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing and will be effective from the date they are received and acknowledged.

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before tour departure.
• Cancellations made 13 to 7 days before departure: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• No-show or unused services are non-refundable.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used and any third-party banking procedures.

5. 🏨 Accommodation

Accommodation is provided according to the room type and hotel category selected at the time of booking. Requests for specific room views, bedding arrangements, or hotel preferences are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Hotel upgrades to higher categories may be available at additional cost. Standard check-in and check-out times are subject to the hotel’s own policies.

6. 🚐 Transport & Transfers

Airport transfers and transportation during included excursions are provided according to the itinerary. Pick-up times may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, location of the hotel, and operational requirements.

Guests are responsible for being ready at the agreed time for all transfers and excursions. Delays caused by late guest readiness may affect the schedule and may lead to shortened or missed services without refund.

7. 🗓️ Itinerary Changes

The published itinerary is planned carefully; however, activities, routes, or timings may be adjusted if necessary due to weather conditions, sea conditions, safety concerns, local authority instructions, supplier issues, or operational reasons.

In such cases, a similar alternative of comparable value will be arranged whenever possible. These changes do not entitle guests to automatic refunds unless a major part of the package cannot be provided.

8. 🧾 Travel Documents & Guest Responsibility

Guests are fully responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, travel permits, vaccination records if required, and any other entry documents needed for their journey.

The company is not responsible for any denied boarding, denied entry, missed flights, or missed tour services caused by incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

9. 🛡️ Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in the package price unless clearly stated. All guests are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical treatment, personal accidents, baggage loss, and travel delays before departure.

10. ⚠️ Liability

We act as an organizer and coordinator of travel services included in the package. While every effort is made to ensure smooth and safe arrangements, we are not liable for loss, injury, delay, damage, accident, or additional expenses caused by factors beyond our control.

This includes but is not limited to weather, sea conditions, natural disasters, political events, strikes, transport delays, airline schedule changes, government restrictions, pandemics, force majeure, or actions of third-party service providers.

11. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Children Policy

Child rates apply only when sharing with adults and according to the package pricing rules. Infant services, child beds, and meal arrangements may depend on hotel policy and availability.

Parents or guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and behavior of children throughout the tour and during all activities.

12. 🌊 Activity & Excursion Participation

Some activities such as snorkeling, swimming, boat trips, kayaking, and marine excursions involve outdoor and sea conditions. Guests should assess their own health, swimming ability, and comfort level before participating.

We reserve the right to limit participation in any activity if weather, safety, or health concerns make participation unsuitable.

13. 🧍 Conduct & Respect

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, drivers, hotel staff, local communities, and other travelers. Any behavior that causes danger, damage, serious disturbance, or violation of local laws may result in immediate cancellation of part or all services without refund.
