1.3 Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and issuance of a booking confirmation email. Please review your confirmation and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 By the Customer: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 30 days before departure: 20% of the total tour price.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price.
2.2 By Us: We reserve the right to cancel the tour if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, natural disasters or political instability. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative tour will be offered.
