1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.
- The booking confirmation will be sent via email once the payment is processed.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Request: Cancellations must be made in writing via email or by contacting our customer service team.
- Cancellation Period: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour start date will be eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour cost.
- No-Show: If you fail to show up on the day of the tour without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction.
4. Tour Modifications
- The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, road closures, or other events beyond our control.
- If significant changes are made to the itinerary, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
5. Participant Responsibilities
- Participants are responsible for arriving on time at the designated pick-up locations.
- It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have adequate travel insurance to cover any potential cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
6. Liability
- The tour operator is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the tour, except where such loss, damage, or injury is directly caused by the negligence of the tour operator.
7. Force Majeure
- In the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative tour date will be offered.
