50% refund within 24–48 hours.
No refund for cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows.
Tours canceled due to dangerous weather (e.g., flash flooding) may be refunded or rescheduled.

Guests must wear appropriate hiking shoes and modest clothing. Swimwear should only be worn during swimming. Follow all guide instructions.
