this tour was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations at all. Singapore itself is an amazing city with incredible attractions, but the way this tour was organized made the experience frustrating. The itinerary felt chaotic and poorly coordinated. We spent too much time waiting for transportation and sometimes the schedule changed without clear explanation. The hotel was advertised as a comfortable 3 star property but the room was extremely small and not very clean. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room and the breakfast selection was very limited with the same basic food every morning. For the price of the tour I expected much better accommodation. The guide was polite but did not provide much information during the visits. At several attractions we were simply dropped off and told to meet again later. I expected a guided experience where we could learn more about the history and culture of Singapore. Universal Studios was fun but the time allocated there felt rushed and poorly planned. Transportation was another issue. The vehicle arrived late more than once and the group had to wait outside in the heat. For a destination like Singapore where everything is usually very efficient, this tour felt surprisingly disorganized. Overall Singapore is fantastic but this particular tour did not deliver the quality or organization I expected. I would recommend visiting these attractions independently instead of booking this package.
Unfortunately, this 3-day Singapore tour did not meet our expectations, mainly due to poor arrangements and lack of clear coordination. While Singapore itself is an amazing destination and many of the places listed are truly worth visiting, the way the tour was organized made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable. From the beginning, communication was unclear. The itinerary sounded flexible, but in reality, daily plans were vague and often confirmed very late, sometimes only the night before. This made it difficult to plan rest time or personal activities. Airport pickup was delayed, and there was confusion about meeting points and timings on more than one day. The hotel was acceptable but very basic for the price paid, and it felt disconnected from the main attractions, leading to long travel times. Some advertised highlights, like Sentosa Island and certain attractions, felt rushed, while others seemed more like quick photo stops rather than meaningful visits. Universal Studios was enjoyable, but ticket arrangements and transport logistics were not smooth, with unnecessary waiting and lack of guidance. Another issue was the guiding itself. While the guide was polite, the explanations were minimal, and at times it felt like we were simply being dropped off at locations rather than truly guided through them. For a tour that promotes cultural depth and storytelling, this was disappointing. We also had to pay extra for several activities that were not clearly explained as optional beforehand, which increased the overall cost significantly. In summary, Singapore is fantastic and easy to enjoy on its own, but this tour suffered from weak planning, unclear communication, and poor time management. With better organization and transparency, it could be a good product, but in its current form, it does not justify the price. I would only recommend it if major improvements are made to the arrangements.
