WadStars Terms and Conditions – Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Wad Stars via email or WhatsApp. Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, including their full name, passport details where required, contact information, and any special requests. Wad Stars is not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied during the booking process.
WadStars Terms and Conditions – Payments
All prices displayed on WadStars.com are shown in the currency specified on each tour or travel package. A booking is confirmed only after the required deposit or full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices include only the services specifically mentioned in the tour itinerary. Optional activities, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, meals not listed, gratuities, and other services are excluded unless clearly stated.
WadStars Terms and Conditions – Cancellation Policy
Day Tours
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or failure to attend the tour are non-refundable.
Multi-Day Tours
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure or no-shows are charged at 100% of the booking value.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
