These general website and booking terms apply to use of the WadStars Travel & Tourism website. Specific terms shown with a hotel, tour or transport service also apply to that service.

Bookings and availability

Availability, prices, departure times, itineraries, inclusions and applicable charges are based on the information displayed or confirmed at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed only when you receive the applicable confirmation. Please check the names, travel dates, guest counts and service details before submitting a booking.

Prices and payments

Amounts payable, currency, payment deadlines, taxes, fees and accepted payment methods are presented during booking or in your booking confirmation. Any service not explicitly included in the listing may be charged separately.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation, refund, no-show and amendment terms may differ between hotels, tours and transport providers or between rate plans. Review the relevant listing and your booking confirmation before paying. Requests to reschedule depend on service availability and the applicable terms. Refund timing, where a refund is due, can depend on the payment provider.

Traveller responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for supplying accurate contact and booking details, carrying necessary identification and travel documents, observing local laws and following relevant operator safety instructions. Please notify us promptly of any error or change affecting your reservation.

Changes to services

Outdoor activities and transfers may be affected by weather, road conditions, permits and other operational factors. Where changes are necessary, the responsible provider’s booking terms and applicable law will govern the available options.
